The 'Partial' status (payment_partial) can occur in two cases:
The payer has only partially paid the amount due
The transfer received is an international transfer (SWIFT), and fees have been deducted
You can go to the 'Payments' tab and click on the corresponding payment for more information.
You can perform various operations after receiving a partial payment.
