Which banks work with app2app?

Updated over 3 months ago

What is app2app?

App2app is a mobile-oriented payment journey.
When the customer makes a payment from their smartphone and selects their bank, the banking application automatically opens, allowing them to authenticate and validate their payment directly from the app.

👉 This journey is developed by the banks themselves, which explains why it is not yet available for all of them.

My customer is testing from a bank offering app2app, but their banking app does not open. Why?

For app2app to work, several prerequisites must be met:

  • The banking app must already be installed

  • The mobile device must be compatible

  • The banking app must be up to date

Even if these conditions are met, the journey may be temporarily unavailable or unstable for certain banks.
