How can I refund my client? How long until they receive their refund?

All payments received are refundable from your Virement Maitrisé account. You can make as many transfers as you wish per payment, provided that the total amount does not exceed the initial amount. To do so:

  • Go to the 'Payments' tab.

  • Select the payment you wish to refund.

  • Click on the 'Refund' option at the top right of your screen.

  • Enter the amount you wish to refund (total or partial) and click on 'Confirm'.

The refund will be made automatically via instant transfer. Your customer will receive the funds within seconds.
