Customising emails is a good way to reassure customers. There are two features available for this purpose.
Customise the logo and banner colour
From your Virement Maitrisé space, go to “Shops” or ‘Developers’ and then “Applications.”
Select the shop or application you want to customise.
Select the “Email” tab.
You can then define:
A personalised name that will appear in the subject line and signature of your emails.Your logo. We recommend using your full logo, with icon, in horizontal format.
Your colour for the email banner.
Click on “Save changes.”
Customise the content of the “Payment request” email
You can customise the content of the email to send payment requests!
You can modify the text content (first paragraph) and the email signature to include a phone number or business name, for example.
To create a customised email template from your Virement Maitrisé space, follow these steps:
Go to “Organisation,” then “Email Template.”
Then click on “Create a new template.”
Customise the first paragraph and the email signature.
Then click on “Save and exit.” You can then either click on “Save and publish” to make it directly usable, or save it as a draft by clicking on “Save and exit.”
Only one template can be created and saved at a time. Only users with an administrator profile can create a personalised email template, but all users can use it.
