Customising emails is a good way to reassure customers. There are two features available for this purpose.
Customise the logo and banner colour
From your Virement Maitrisé space, go to “Shops” or ‘Developers’ and then “Applications.”
Select the shop or application you want to customise.
Select the “Email” tab.
You can then define:
A personalised name that will appear in the subject line and signature of your emails.
Your logo. We recommend using your full logo, with icon, in horizontal format.
Your colour for the email banner.
Click on “Save changes.”
